The central circular theca (relic holder) is encircled by an intricate filigree sunburst that radiates outward in fine, detailed rays. The central disc is further embellished with delicate, chased floral patterns and tiny, multi-colored gemstone accents. The reliquary is topped with a detailed cross finial, also set with a central stone. It is elevated by a slender baluster stem rising from a multi-tiered, decorative pedestal base, all finished in a warm, aged gold tone.
