Kiritamukuta Temple Head Sculpture

This antique bronze sculpture depicts the Hindu deity Garuda, the eagle-headed divine mount (vahana) of Lord Vishnu. he statue is cast in a dynamic, kneeling posture, with the right leg bent and the foot resting on a small pedestal, and the left leg tucked beneath.
